Ticket Purchasing

Ticketmaster® is the only authorized seller of WBSE tickets. Please adhere to posted ticket limits and be cautious of third-party resellers or fraudulent tickets. WBSE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets.

Tickets can also be purchased in person at 120 Glenwood Dr., Wasaga Beach, ON, or at the event, subject to availability.

Coat Check

Coat check is available for select WBSE events. Please refer to specific event details for availability. WBSE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Parking

Onsite paid parking is available for select WBSE events. Please refer to specific event details for availability.

Accessibility

WBSE is committed to providing an inclusive entertainment experience for all fans. Wasaga Stars Arena is fully accessible, offering private, barrier-free washrooms and accessible seating (subject to availability). For accessibility options at other venues, please refer to specific event details.

Support persons accompanying guests with special needs are welcome at all WBSE events. All attendees, including support persons, must have a valid ticket.

Please note, WBSE cannot guarantee a scent-free environment.

Animals & Pets

Animals and pets are not permitted at WBSE events, except for service animals assisting individuals with disabilities. A service animal is defined as any animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability and can be identified as such. Fans entering an event with a service animal will be required to provide documentation upon request.

Food & Drink

Outside food and beverages are not allowed at WBSE events.
